Wash Bay Attendant

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and hard-working Wash Bay Attendant to join our client’s team in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning plates and various parts used in heat exchange units, as well as performing general shop clean-up duties. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Pay Rate: $ 18.00/hour
• Location: Edmonton, ON
• Shift: Monday to Friday
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean plates and components for heat exchange units
• Perform general shop clean-up and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the wash bay area
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• 6 months of general labor experience is required, in an industrial setting is preferred
• Able to lift 20-30lbs
• Steel-toed boots (must bring your own)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
