We’re looking for a technically strong and creative transportation engineer to support software development projects. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and product development — helping define strategy, understand market needs, and guide the technical direction of our solutions.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Research market needs and support product roadmap planning
  • Lead technical research and analyze competitor products
  • Work with developers and stakeholders to translate engineering needs into product features
  • Create technical documentation (e.g., use cases, specs, test feedback)
  • Support marketing with white papers, presentations, and blog content
  • Assist the sales team with technical questions and client interactions
  • Represent the company at events, client meetings, and conferences

🎓 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Transportation Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng in Canada or PE in the US)
  • 3+ years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering post-license
  • Expertise in traffic signal timing, capacity studies, traffic modeling, signage
  • Strong understanding of highway design and traffic operations
  • Proficiency in Synchro, SIDRA, VISSIM, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail

  • Experience taking designs from concept to final
  • Knowledge of modern transportation tech and industry trends
  • Experience presenting at conferences or writing technical content
