Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical and theoretical instruction in various welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW)
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to students during shop sessions
  • Prepare students for CWB certification tests
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure a safe and organized training environment at all times

Qualifications:

  • Red Seal Certification in Welding (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience (an asset but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a student-focused mindset
  • Ability to teach both beginner and advanced level courses
