🚨 We’re Hiring: Health & Safety Director – Canada

📍 Toronto, ON (with regional travel)

We’re looking for a Health & Safety Director to lead programs and initiatives across Canada. This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention, compliance, and building a culture of accountability and care.

What you’ll do:

– Lead and develop a team of safety professionals

– Drive SIF prevention strategies and ensure critical controls are in place

– Partner with leaders to analyze risks and implement corrective actions

– Oversee audits, training, and compliance across regional operations

– Use data insights to improve safety outcomes and reduce workplace risks

What we’re looking for:

– 8–10 years of health & safety experience (with leadership exposure)

– CRSP designation (or equivalent) preferred

– Strong knowledge of safety management systems and high-risk hazard controls

– Experience in construction, service, or other high-risk industries is a plus
