Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinate third-party inspection resources for manufacturing and construction projects
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with service agreements and tools
Monitor training and certification requirements across jurisdictions
Liaise with internal teams and vendors to align resource needs and expectations
Support business reviews and documentation processes
Forecast resource demands and develop strategic resource plans
Influence talent selection and scheduling to optimize project success
Provide regular updates and maintain resource schedules for stakeholders
Position Requirements
Technical diploma, certificate, or university degree in a relevant discipline
4+ years of experience in the energy sector
Background in project coordination, planning, or office management
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups
Familiarity with Fieldglass and ISN is an asset
Understanding of construction and inspection processes preferred
Focused on business process improvement over technical execution
