HR Project Partners is currently recruiting an Office Administration Technology Instructor on behalf of our client, Academy Canada. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable educator to join their dedicated faculty team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in the Office Administration program. This role requires a strong commitment to student success, academic excellence, and the integration of industry-relevant teaching practices. It’s a unique opportunity to inspire confidence, promote hands-on learning, and help prepare students for successful careers in office administration.

Position Details:

Type: Contract position

Location: Kenmount Road Campus, St. John’s, NL

Hours: 30 hours per week

Essential Job Functions:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in accordance with the Office Administration Technology program curriculum;
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials and assessments;
  • Support and guide students in both theoretical and practical learning;
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and evaluations; and
  • Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Diploma in Office Administration, work experience in a dental, engineering, legal or medical office;
  • Six years combined education and work experience in the Office Administration field; and
  • Previous experience in a teaching capacity is considered a strong asset.
