We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead a major upcoming heavy civil infrastructure project in Ottawa. The role will focus on bridge and roadway construction, requiring a strong background in field execution, team leadership, and project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to closeout
  • Oversee on-site operations, safety, quality, and resources
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Track performance metrics, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead and mentor site teams, promoting a safety-first culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–8+ years as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction
  • Minimum 4 years managing bridge projects
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Strong knowledge of roadworks and infrastructure
  • P.Eng. or C.E.T. is an asset
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
