We’re looking for a motivated Client Experience Representative to support our team and help ensure our clients receive timely and professional attention.
Position Overview:
As a Client Experience Representative, you will be a key part of our team, managing day-to-day client communication and administrative support. You’ll help maintain organized workflows, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth coordination for client reviews and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lead advisor’s inbox, responding to basic client inquiries and directing more complex requests to the admin team
- Schedule and coordinate regular client review meetings
- Assist with logistics for events, including arranging catering and preparing materials
- Send follow-up emails and thank-you messages to event attendees
- Maintain and update client tracking systems, ensuring accurate records of interactions and next steps
- Supporting in client meetings with note taking
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Highly Proficient with email, calendar tools, and basic CRM or tracking software
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in financial services or client support is an asset, but not required
- Strong written communication skills in English required
- University Degree or College Diploma is an asset

Compensation
- Starting salary range = $42,500 to $47,500
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
