Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Evaluate and optimize existing applications
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement, configure, and troubleshoot software applications
  • Assist in integrating business applications, ensuring smooth data flow between systems
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities
  • Ensure proper tracking from initial requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes
  • Identify and address areas for ongoing improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and implementing change management initiatives
  • Direct experience with CRM applications
  • Completion of postsecondary education in an IT or business-related program
  • Experience with automations and integrations
  • Other preferred skills/experience includes: cybersecurity, Azure, DevOps, data modelling
