Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of high-rise development projects and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial aspects of high-rise development projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Prepare project financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses to support project managers and leadership.
  • Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Implement and maintain project accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with audits and prepare documentation as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Accounting Expertise: Experience in project accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for high-rise or large-scale development projects.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide financial insight to project teams.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project accounting or construction finance roles, preferably in high-rise development.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA designation required.
