Job Title: Software Developer – API – Senior

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration, with a proven track record in developing custom probes, sensors, and patterns for both on-premises and cloud discovery. The role requires deep knowledge of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential-based access, as well as experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and populating CMDB.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
  • 5+ years of expertise in creating custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and CMDB population.
  • 5+ years of deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential-based access.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification.
