A leading global supplier of flavours and aroma ingredients is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to support and grow its customer base in Canada. This individual will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor across a wide range of fragrance, flavour, and consumer goods companies.Ideal candidates will bring a strong understanding of B2B sales within the ingredients space, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service and solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of clients in the Canadian marketIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the fragrance, flavour, and CPG sectorsConduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growthProvide technical and product support, coordinating closely with sourcing and logistics teamsTrack activity through CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, samples, pricing, and purchase historyMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunitiesPrepare sales reports and forecasts; participate in regular sales meetings and product training Requirements3+ years of B2B sales experience, within the fragrance, aroma, or food ingredient sectors is mandatoryStrong knowledge of the Canadian market and buyer landscape in relevant industriesExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote capacityProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systemsWillingness to travel within Canada and occasionally to the U.S.Assets (Nice to Have)Experience selling to food & beverage, personal care, or fragrance manufacturersMultilingual (especially French) for coverage in bilingual marketsA strong industry network and/or customer base that could transferWhy Join?Opportunity to work with a globally recognized supplier in a high-growth marketCompetitive compensation with uncapped commission potentialFlexible, remote-first environment with support from a knowledgeable and collaborative teamAutonomy to build and manage your own territory and client relationshipsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
