We are a leading firm in the construction industry, seeking a seasoned and strategic IT Manager to lead our technology department. This is a crucial role for an individual passionate about driving digital transformation and fortifying a company’s technological foundation.

If you have a proven track record of leading Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central migrations and building robust cybersecurity frameworks, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do 🚀

  • ERP Strategy & Management: Take full ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. You’ll leverage your deep experience from past NAV to Business Central migrations to optimize the system, identify gaps, and roll out new functionalities that drive business efficiency.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce a comprehensive cybersecurity framework. You’ll lead risk assessments, manage threat detection, spearhead incident response, and ensure all IT activities meet industry compliance standards.
  • Leadership & Strategic Planning: Create and execute a long-term IT roadmap that supports business growth. You’ll manage the departmental budget, lead high-impact projects, and mentor the IT team to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services (Microsoft 365/Azure), ensuring high availability and performance for both our head office and remote construction sites.

What You Bring to the Table 🛠️

  • Required Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT management role.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience planning and leading at least one full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central migration project.
  • Expert-level knowledge of developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and incident response plans.
  • Strong background managing Microsoft-centric environments (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Bonus Points (Assets):
  • Experience within the construction, engineering, manufacturing or real estate industry.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
