Our client, a leading travel company, is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support their growing team. This role focuses on building strong HR foundations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational development in a dynamic SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize and harmonize employee handbooks across business units.
  • Develop onboarding and training programs to drive engagement and retention.
  • Create professional development tools and HR templates.
  • Implement efficient, people-focused HR procedures.
  • Support change initiatives and full-cycle recruitment.

What You Bring

  • Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally within an SME or growing company.
  • Experience in the travel industry a huge asset
  • Strong understanding of Quebec labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
