About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a series of enterprise projects focused on digital transformation, process improvement, and knowledge management.

You’ll work closely with project teams, business leaders, and technical experts to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables that drive efficiency and measurable results.

If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and bringing clarity to complex initiatives — this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for new systems and process improvements.
  • Work alongside project managers and developers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Create detailed documentation including user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and focus sessions to capture business needs and achieve stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain an organized repository of project documentation, decisions, and business rules.
  • Support testing and validation activities by developing acceptance criteria and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Translate technical language into plain business terms and ensure all teams share a clear understanding of objectives.
  • Provide insight into process improvement, automation, and system integration opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of both Agile (user stories, sprints) and Waterfall (requirements documentation) methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicting requirements.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis and presenting solution options (build vs. buy).
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work with limited supervision.
