Location: Home-based in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal
Travel: Travel required for investigator site visits
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Language Requirement: Bilingual in French & English (Required in Montreal)

What You’ll Do
✅ Conduct independent on-site monitoring visits ensuring data integrity and patient safety
✅ Lead study initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities in line with ICH-GCP and sponsor protocols
✅ Build strong site relationships and proactively solve challenges to drive study success
✅ Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams to drive performance and troubleshoot study challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of CRA experience in Oncology
- Previous CRA experience conducting independent monitoring on-site
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving
- Bilingual French/English (Montreal-based candidates)
- Willingness to travel regularly to investigator sites
