A leading modular construction company based in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join their dynamic team.
This innovative firm designs, manufactures, and delivers volumetric modular buildings for high-impact sectors such as healthcare, education, housing, and commercial development – and they’re scaling fast.
As HSE Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role, driving a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization, with full ownership of programs aligned to ISO 45001, COR 2020, and beyond.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company-wide HSE program and training strategy
- Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance frameworks (ISO 45001 / COR 2020)
- Champion proactive risk management and continuous improvement
- Own WSIB reporting, modified work programs, and 4Safe administration
- Support Joint Health & Safety Committee activities and safety communications
✅ You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of HSE experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience in construction or industrial manufacturing environments
- Solid understanding of OHSA, WSIB, and hazardous materials protocols
- CRSP or NCSO preferred
- Confident communicator and influential safety leader
