Hays Recruitment is partnering with a leading national general contractor to identify a Senior Project Manager for their Edmonton operations. This is a confidential search for a strategic leader with a proven track record in commercial construction.
About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee complex commercial builds from pre-construction through to closeout. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
- Experience with Alberta-based projects is a strong asset
- Experience leading projects upwards of $50M
