Le Groupe Xtreme recherche un(e) COORDONNATEUR(TRICE) TRANSITAIRE – INTERNATIONAL passionné(e) par la logistique mondiale, capable de coordonner des expéditions de A à Z et d’offrir un service client hors pair.

Tu seras responsable d’assurer la fluidité des opérations internationales, du suivi documentaire à la livraison finale, en collaboration avec nos partenaires, transporteurs et agents à travers le monde.

Ton rôle :

  • Coordonner les expéditions internationales (import/export) du départ à la livraison
  • Préparer et vérifier la documentation internationale (B/L, factures, certificats d’origine, formulaires douaniers, etc.)
  • Communiquer quotidiennement avec les agents à l’étranger, transporteurs et clients pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les départements internes (ventes, service client, conformité, entrepôt)
  • Résoudre efficacement les imprévus liés aux transports et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus logistiques et des outils

 

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en fret international / transit ( courtage ou logistique)
  • Bilinguisme FR/EN à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Bonnes connaissances des Incoterms, processus d’import/export et réglementations douanières
  • Grande capacité d’organisation, rigueur et autonomie
  • Aptitude démontrée à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement dynamique
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, priorisation et résolution de problèmes
  • Maîtrise du système de gestion du transport CargoWise est un atout.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth international operations, from documentation follow-up to final delivery, in collaboration with our partners, carriers, and agents around the world.

Your role:

  • Coordinate international shipments (import/export) from departure to delivery
  • Prepare and verify international documentation (B/L, invoices, certificates of origin, customs forms, etc.)
  • Communicate daily with overseas agents, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, customer service, compliance, warehouse)
  • Efficiently resolve transportation-related issues and propose suitable solutions
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools

 

Profile sought:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding / logistics (brokerage or transport)
  • Bilingual FR/EN, spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, import/export processes, and customs regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in the CargoWise transport management system is an asset.
