ServiceNow SAM Consultant – drummondville

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Consultant for a 6-month remote contract opportunity in Canada, with a possible extension.

Must haves:

• Proven experience in successfully implementing, configuring, deploying and operationalizing the ServiceNow SAM module,

• Strong understanding of ITAM and SAM principles.

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Software Model Library (SML), and Normalization Data Services (NDS)

• Experience with SaaS license management and integrations, including visibility into SaaS usage and entitlements.

• Ability to integrate SAM with other ServiceNow modules

• ServiceNow certifications
