User and security record administration: Create, modify, and inactivate user records (EMP), provider records (SER), security classes (ECL), and other security-related objects in Epic.

Role-based access control (RBAC): Implement and maintain RBAC models, ensuring users have the appropriate level of access to perform their job functions based on established Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

Troubleshooting and support: Respond to user tickets and resolve access-related issues, providing support to clinical and operational users.

Auditing and compliance: Conduct regular audits of access logs, monitor security performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA.

Implementation and optimization: Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects, which includes designing security templates and testing security changes.

Collaboration: Work with application teams, compliance officers, and HR to manage the user lifecycle and implement security best practices.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security builds, structures, and processes
