Need to live in Manitoba, Canada to be considered for this position.

Position: Help Desk Technician

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient experience with Windows 11 and Apple iOS systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve helpdesk tickets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Must Have’s:

  • Position is a Government service desk operating 24/7 so shift work will be required
  • Training will be for 6 weeks Monday to Friday from 7am – 3:30 or 8am – 4:30 and then schedule will change a bit after training, but bulk of calls will be Monday to Friday so expect Monday to Friday schedule with varying shift hours
  • Working remote from home
  • Must reside in Manitoba
