Position Title: Support Engineer
Location: Canada-Remote
Must have worked : Unix, SQL, and Fixed income experience
Job Description
- Experienced with Sql, ETL ,Linux, Service now.
- Must have Experience in Financial Applications support. Knowledge in Investment Banking Projects
- Able to resolve queries on their own with minimal intervention. [preferably in Market Operations group or prior financial experience would be great].
- Able to do projects [User access reviews, Audit reviews, IDM reviews, etc]
- Create metric reports for Incident tickets, KPIs, etc
- Help in coordinating/Managing DR flips.
- Supporting Tidal jobs.
- Good to Have – Experience on supporting applications like Broadridge Impact, BPS, Cognos, Murex.
