JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead to join a Solutions provider, where you’ll lead the integration of contact center technologies and guide project teams through design, delivery, and deployment. You’ll act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensure high-quality solutions, and collaborate on architecture decisions. Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar platforms is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud CX

• Lead technical activities within assigned project teams

• Host client-facing technical meetings and act as the primary technical contact

• Coordinate and perform integration work for CCC projects, following delivery processes

• Conduct integrated testing related to configurations and developments

• Evaluate and implement alternative technologies and third-party solutions

• Work with general network architecture and integrations with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and PowerBI.

• Maintain and update technical specifications and operational documentation

• Analyze and implement client requests for improvements and enhancements. Validate technical requirements based on client needs Develop and provide mentorship to junior integrators Bilingualism in French and English
