Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Integration & Application Support Analyst / Developer with strong expertise in MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support and manage enterprise applications and integration platforms. The ideal candidate for this Integration & Application Support role will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between cloud and on-premise applications, as well as providing ongoing support, monitoring, and issue resolution for critical business systems, with a focus on Middleware Integration development & support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Development & Management
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop APIs, orchestrations, and data flows to connect ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and performance best practices.
  • Application Support & Administration
  • Provide day-to-day support and monitoring of integration platforms and connected applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Manage user access, configurations, and performance tuning.
  • Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor integration workflows and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain documentation, including integration mappings, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and vendors to improve processes and resolve issues.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations as required.

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, flows, connectors, transformations).
  • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including process automation, application adapters, and orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
  • Background in application support and administration, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP (Oracle, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), or HCM systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OCI).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices for application support and incident management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
