Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with 6-8 years of direct experience in implementing core P&C insurance software suites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policy management, billing, and accounting modules, with additional experience in Quote Rating & Submissions and Policy Lifecycle workflows being highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Those who have experience with DXC assure, Workers Compensation and NCCI.
  • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and business discovery sessions with US-based
  • clients for insurance processes.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and gap assessments against core system capabilities.
  • Develop detailed BRDs and Functional Specifications.
  • Design insurance workflow solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Facilitate the configuration and maintenance of insurance workflows and forms in pre-built
  • policy and claims applications.
  • Engage in the implementation of insurance software, ensuring alignment with business
  • needs.
  • Provide technical expertise at a database level, focusing on data understanding and
  • querying.
  • Document system integration requirements and support interface mapping activities. Work
  • on integrating core insurance applications to other applications, insurance rates, databases,
  • APIs.
