You’ll play a key role in enhancing and integrating Oracle ERP applications—across both on-premise and Cloud modules—to support enterprise-wide financial operations. This is a hands-on development role focused on building high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions for Oracle ERP applications that meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain reports, integrations, data conversions, extensions, and workflows—especially within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and high-quality delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Support new implementations, including building custom programs and interfaces to integrate with Oracle EBS (e.g., via APIs, open interfaces).
  • Work closely with the collections team to support modules such as Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable.

Day-to-Day Focus:

  • Develop custom reports and interfaces for Oracle EBS, particularly in the Collections and Receivables modules.
  • Partner with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Build and test integrations using Oracle technologies such as SOA Gateway, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST APIs.
  • Support new implementations and enhancements for RB Global’s Oracle Finance systems.

Must-haves:

  • 3–5 years of experience developing for Oracle ERP Applications (EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud).
  • Proven experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with development tools such as BI Publisher, OAF Framework, Java, BPEL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Integration Cloud, Web Services, REST APIs, and Kafka.
  • Involvement in at least 2 ERP, HCM, or CRM implementations in complex integrated environments.
  • Experience building interfaces and reports in Oracle Finance modules—especially Collections and Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
