Microsoft Copilot Consultant (ID#5211) – halifax

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Training Consultant to deliver a two day onsite workshop for a Calgary based client. The consultant will provide hands on training on Microsoft 365 Copilot, create business specific use cases, and guide staff on how to use and build copilots that support productivity and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite Copilot training for business and technical users.
• Teach Copilot best practices for Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Lead hands on exercises and real scenario demonstrations.
• Build or support building custom copilots using Copilot Studio.
• Guide participants on prompt design, workflow automation, and use case development.
• Work with the client to identify relevant AI scenarios.
• Provide follow up materials, quick start guides, and basic adoption support.
• Ensure a clear and safe implementation approach aligned with Microsoft 365 governance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft 365 environment and modern workplace tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience delivering training or workshops for end users or IT staff.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and automation workflows.
• Ability to create simple copilots and guide users through hands on labs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Available to work onsite in Calgary for a two day engagement.
