Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an Ecommerce Experience Manager for a skincare company. The successful candidate will develop and manage the website roadmap, prioritizing front-end and back-end enhancements in collaboration with our Information Services and Sales teams to align with corporate business objectives. The candidate will define the website strategy and contribute to backlog prioritization, write acceptance criteria, oversee testing for the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce team, and provide input into release planning to ensure impactful website improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Ecommerce Experience Team to optimize the online customer journey and drive growth.
- Manage SFCC website roadmap, ensuring enhancements align with business priorities.
- Oversee feature deployments, UX improvements, CRO initiatives, and site performance/security.
- Define acceptance criteria, manage testing, and support release planning.
- Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, compliance (GDPR/CCPA, PCI DSS).
- Drive A/B and multivariate testing with UX and conversion teams.
- Use personalization tools (e.g., SFCC Einstein) to improve recommendations and user journeys.
- Analyze customer behavior and site data to enhance navigation, search, and checkout.
- Ensure accurate, optimized content and merchandising aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor taxonomy, categorization, and search effectiveness; identify automation opportunities.
- Track ecommerce KPIs (revenue, conversion, AOV, funnel drop-off, abandonment).
Requirements
- 7–9 years in ecommerce/digital marketing; 3+ years with SFCC and SFRA.
- Proven leadership in team management and cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in ecommerce operations, CRO, UX/UI, and A/B testing.
- Proficient in analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, site performance, and accessibility standards.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic, analytical mindset balancing technical and business priorities.
