Job Title: Workforce Software Consultant (WFS)

Location: Remote (Open to Any Location in Canada)

Duration: 10+ Months Contract (High Possibility of Extension)

Note:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Software Consultant with deep expertise in configuration, reporting, and integration of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions. The ideal candidate will be certified in PT102 (Configuration Specialist), PT103 (Interface Specialist), and Report Specialist, with strong practical experience in Workforce Formula Language, Scripts, and HR/Payroll/Finance integrations.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise in implementing, configuring, and maintaining WFS time management and HCM processes across global environments.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Workforce Software (WFS) platforms
  • Mandatory Certifications: Configuration Specialist (PT102), Interface Specialist (PT103), and Report Specialist
  • Strong proficiency in Workforce Formula Language, Workforce Script, and WFS Reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of LD tables, HR import mapping, and WFS Time Recording Interface
  • Experience with Payroll and Finance Integration processes in WFS
  • Solid understanding of Time Management, Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, and Policy Configuration
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret and manage global time management requirements
  • Experience with Policy Editor and independent configuration management
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft integration and SQL Query writing for data validation and debugging
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) and Leave of Absence (LOA) setup preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams and stakeholders

Experience / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of implementation and configuration experience in Workforce Software (WFS)
  • Proven expertise in time import, recording interfaces, and report development
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills for resolving WFS configuration and integration issues
  • Ability to work independently on end-to-end configurations, reports, and integration design
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure accurate system alignment
  • Knowledge of HCM processes, global workforce policies, and workforce data structures

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workforce Software modules including Time Management, Payroll, and Finance integration
  • Develop and optimize WFS Reports, Scripts, and Formulas to support business requirements
  • Manage HR import mappings, time imports, and transaction creation policies
  • Analyze business requirements for global time management and translate them into system configurations
  • Perform system debugging, data validation, and report troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end testing and integration validation
  • Support and enhance WFS configurations through ongoing improvement and optimization initiatives
  • Document configuration changes, interfaces, and policy settings for audit and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in interface design and troubleshooting between WFS and third-party systems (e.g., MuleSoft, SF-EC)
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices in time and attendance management

  • Workforce Software Interface Specialist – PT103 (Mandatory)
  • Workforce Software Report Specialist (Mandatory)
