Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements within Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Write and maintain Gosu code and configure Guidewire business rules, entities, PCFs, and workflows.
- Integrate Guidewire with external systems using web services (REST/SOAP), messaging, and plugins.
- Customize screens, UI components, product models, and business logic as required.
- Work with architects, BAs, and QA teams to ensure accurate requirements and high-quality delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Support system testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Follow development best practices, Agile methodologies, and Guidewire standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Guidewire Claimcenter Developer (Claimcenter).
- Strong proficiency in Gosu and working knowledge of Java/J2EE.
- Experience with Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration (PCF, Data Model, Rules, Plugins).
- Understanding of SOAP/REST web services, API development, and messaging.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and solid communication abilities.
