Developer/Architect – GenAI & Automation

Responsibilities:

Developer:

  • Build Custom GPTs with Actions integration
  • Design and develop End-2-End API-driven solutions to be leveraged within custom GPT as Actions
  • Build cloud and desktop flows in Power Automate
  • Assess product capabilities by carrying out proof-of-concepts and research.
  • Build dashboards in Power BI as per requirements

Coaching and Delivery support:

Act as a technical expert to guide staff members on their automation idea’s development and deployment.

  • Coaching support to build Custom GPT and Power Automate use cases
  • Support office hours and other sessions
  • Carry out automation and Custom GPT review before deployment.
  • Validate environment setup and roles, and guide others on how to perform it.
  • Coordinate with Platform and product teams to propagate delivery and infrastructure-related items.

Mandatory Experience:

  • 2+ year of hands-on experience building chatbots or GenAI agents leveraging Enterprise ChatGPT(Custom GPTs) or Copilot Studio. Custom GPT development experience is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform product offerings(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) working on RPA/Automation delivery lifecycle in a team setting.
  • Expertise in API design and development (RESTful, SOAP) and security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with API design tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Kong).
  • Experience with OpenAI APIs
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with building RAG pipelines, Vector DB and semantic search
  • Experience with CI/CD for automation lifecycle.
  • Experience working in BioPharma or regulated industry.
  • Experience building and maintaining automation in Uipath Platform (Studio/StudioX, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Document Understanding, Insights, etc.)
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence for agile delivery.
  • Experience with SharePoint site development.
  • Experience with data modeling and development
  • Proficient at queries, report writing, and presenting findings

Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field.
