Description
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years in international sales or technical business development
Job Purpose :
To develop overseas markets, build customer networks, and win project orders. This
role leads the sales process including bidding, contract signing, execution follow-up,
and payment collection, supporting the company’s global market expansion and
customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Expansion and Resource Development
- Create and implement market development plans
- Identify leads and key accounts, establish client relationships
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and site visits
- Maintain project databases and convert leads into orders
2. Customer Management
- Track client needs and project progress
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong communication
- Manage customer information and track cooperation history
- Encourage repeat purchases and long-term agreements
3. Bidding and Contract Management
- Lead bidding process: prequalification, bid submission, price calculation
- Participate in technical clarifications and commercial negotiations
- Promote contract signing and manage contract amendments
- Analyze competitor strategies and improve win rates
4. Project Execution Coordination
- Monitor contract fulfillment and coordinate internal resources
- Support drawing review, inspection, logistics, and document submission
- Resolve contract execution issues to ensure smooth delivery
- Attend project kick-off meetings and technical discussions
5. Payment and Data Management
- Develop payment collection plans and follow up on receivables
- Maintain AR records, invoices, and reconciliation documentation
- Submit sales reports and business analysis regularly
- Adjust sales strategy based on project feedback
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, International Trade, or related field
- Professional certifications are a plus
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in international sales or project-based commercial roles
- Experience in transformer or power equipment industries preferred
Skills
- Strong project coordination, customer communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage client development and bidding processes
- Skilled in writing technical and business documents
- Proficient in English for international communication
