Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Solution Architect to support the design and implementation of marketing solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The role requires a hands-on individual comfortable working across products like AJO, Adobe Target, AEM, Adobe Analytics, CJA, Data Collection etc. and integrating with external systems to support personalized, multichannel marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and configuring solutions within Adobe Experience Platform, including:
  • – XDM schema setup
  • – Data Ingestion
  • – Segment creation
  • – Destination activation
  • Support journey orchestration in AJO, including setup of push, in-app modals, and email communications
  • Help implement personalized experiences through Adobe Target, Push, SMS using AEP-driven audiences and profile attributes
  • Collaborate with teams working on AEM to enable content-driven experiences and data capture
  • Contribute to integration efforts with third-party platforms (e.g., mobile apps, CRM, APIs)
  • Participate in QA, testing, and documentation of customer journeys and data flows
  • Work closely with marketing, data, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer
  • Expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing all major AEP services and AJO features
  • Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes & behaviors and channel-specific personalization (push/in-app/web/email)
  • Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, CJA, Data stream and AEM etc.
  • Knowledge or experience with external system/API integrations
  • Advocate for improvements.
  • Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues.
