About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of private wireless network implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects—from initial planning and design through deployment, testing, and handover.
What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership: Drive day-to-day execution of integration workstreams and oversee the complete lifecycle of private wireless network implementations.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with network engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Risk & Budget Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and track success measures.
- Process Innovation: Develop tools and playbooks to create a consistent, repeatable integration model.
Must-Have Skills
- Exceptional communicator and influencer
- Strategic, big-picture thinker with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs
Nice-to-Have Skills
- 10+ years’ experience in integration, program management, and organizational governance
- Experience managing projects over $3M
- PMP or PgMP certification
