Adecco is currently hiring a Receptionist for a temporary, full-time opportunity with one of our clients in Regina, Saskatchewan.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the organization, providing professional, courteous, and efficient service to visitors and callers. This is a short-term assignment with an estimated duration of two weeks, with the possibility of extension.

- Salary: $20.19 per hour
- Location: Regina, SK
- Job Type: Full-time | Temporary (approximately 2 weeks, with potential extension)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Perform general reception duties, including daily opening, closing, and securing of the building
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them as needed
- Manage online boardroom bookings and maintain daily meeting directory boards
- Prepare boardrooms for meetings, including setup, coffee service, and conference call arrangements
- Order and maintain inventory of boardroom and office supplies
- Coordinate and order meals for meetings when required
- Receive, send, and sort courier packages and incoming mail
- Maintain and service office copiers and printers, including ordering supplies
- Track and manage security access cards, laptops, LCD projectors, and other administrative assets
- Maintain petty cash and complete semi-monthly deposits as required
- Order janitorial supplies and manage building key inventory
- Complete month-end summaries for boardroom, copier, postage, and related charges
