Must have skills:

  • 7+ years overall professional experience, including 5+ years creating content for automated customer service voice systems.
  • Fully bilingual (English/French) with strong conversational and colloquial fluency.
  • Expertise in writing for voice platforms, including enterprise conversation design and corporate voice script writing.
  • Strong understanding of voice technologies such as NLP, GenAI for voice, virtual agents, and chat.
  • Systems-thinking approach to design for scalable and consistent voice experiences.
  • Exceptional soft skills, including communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience designing for AI-supported voice or customer service applications.
