IT Project Manager (Canada-based)

We are an innovative and goal-oriented e-commerce agency dedicated to helping tomorrow’s biggest brands grow. Our team is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join us. If you have a proven track record in the IT industry and a passion for collaboration and results, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
  • Expertise in managing digital products and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Availability to work in the EST time zone
  • Commitment to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all production talent within the agency
  • Initiate and oversee projects in systems that interface with internal teams and partners
  • Ensure all projects are up-to-date, providing follow-ups to partners and internal teams
  • Effectively manage multiple projects within established timeframes and budget, proactively flagging any issues
  • Guarantee the quality delivery of all contracted deliverables to the account team
  • Create and update project status reports, providing timely budget tracking updates to the CEO and Head of Operations
  • Develop initial estimates, designate hours for each role, manage project budgets, and flag the Managing Director for invoicing at key milestones
  • Schedule and conduct internal meetings to review creative progress
  • Develop post-project recaps for clients and the internal team
  • Maintain internal documentation for the production team (e.g., development credentials, design standards, social media standards)
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy, Head of Operations, and CEO on scenario planning for web development, creating cases for various build complexities

Considerations:

  • Must work in the EST time zone
  • Must have flawless English proficiency
  • Must be available for 40 hours per week
  • Must be located in CAD
