Senior Project Manager – ERP Implementations (Remote – Based in Canada or USA)

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 USD + Benefits

Travel: Up to 25%

We’re hiring on behalf of a growing, international software company based in Europe.

This well-established organisation provides a specialised MIS/ERP platform for the printing and labelling industry, serving major industrial clients across North America.

With over 30 years of experience, they continue to expand through innovation and strategic acquisitions, including cloud-based MIS technology.

As their business continues to thrive in North America, they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to the team.

This role can be based in either Canada or the USA. It’s fully remote and requires less than 25% travel.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, highly collaborative team with a strong reputation for first-class customer service and long-term customer partnerships.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced ERP/MIS Project Manager who wants to lead complex, high-impact implementations while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote role with minimal travel.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle implementation projects, working directly with senior and operational stakeholders across industrial manufacturing environments, particularly in labelling, printing, packaging, and related sectors.

You’ll have the autonomy to run projects end-to-end while coordinating consultants, technical resources, and stakeholders across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead ERP/MIS implementation projects across the US and Canada, from scope through to go-live.
  • Develop scopes of work, project plans, training plans, and testing frameworks.
  • Oversee business analysis, requirements gathering, and customer workshops.
  • Coordinate internal implementation consultants, external vendors, and technical specialists.
  • Communicate with customers at both executive and operational levels, providing updates, reporting risks, and managing planning and milestones.
  • Solve project challenges proactively and ensure delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
  • Work closely with product management, helpdesk, and cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide regular status updates, documentation, and administrative reporting.

What We’re Looking For

You will be a strong fit if you bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing ERP or MIS implementation projects, ideally in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or industrial environments.
  • Experience working directly with customers across technical and operational functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to lead cross-functional teams.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred).
  • A proactive, structured, and solutions-driven approach to delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
