Project Coordinator – Contract

As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate tasks related to our training and consulting projects. You will be working with our consultants, facilitators and our Operation team to support project delivery. This role is suited for those with strong organization, communication, and task management skills. 

As an Inclusivity Project Coordinator you will:

  • Support with planning, coordination and implementation of activities.
  • Coordinate the delivery of training and consulting projects and programs.
  • Use planning and coordination to seamlessly support multiple projects.
  • Work with our consultants, facilitators and clients to develop project schedules, report on progress and collaborate to address any issues facing project delivery.
  • Collaborate with our clients’ key teams and individuals across departments and levels including Senior Leadership. 
  • Communicate effectively and skillfully with our team and clients to support project delivery. 

To qualify for this role you have:

  • A passion for social equity and addressing systemic barriers for marginalized groups
  • Demonstrated initiative and thrive in a fast paced organization
  • Strong task management skills with a 2+ year track record
  • Agility, you can manage multiple projects running concurrently and able to prioritize tasks and issues as they arise
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including oral and written skills
  • Strong ethics and integrity, with the ability to maintain high standards of professional conduct and confidentiality
  • Technical proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) and ability to adapt to internal systems

Reporting:

In this role, you will be reporting to the Manager, Operations. 

About this role: 

This is a part time independent contractor position. Hourly rate will range between $25 and $35 based on the coordinator’s experience. Services will be billed monthly. Hours will fluctuate based on projects and client needs. Work hours are flexible to accommodate client schedules and business requirements. Ideal candidates will have flexible schedules to accommodate client and business requirements.
