  • Corporate finance
  • Fund finance
  • Commercial loans

Requirements:

  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Prior experience at a top law firm
  • Barred or able to become barred to practice law in the state of New York

Compensation:

The expected annual salary range for this position is $310,000–$435,000, with actual pay varying based on experience and other relevant factors.
