🔧 Repair & Deployment Technician — Mississauga (On‑Site)

We’re hiring a Repair & Deployment Technician to support a major national migration to new POS technology. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in warehouse, repair, or logistics environments and enjoys hands‑on work with electronic devices.
✨ What You’ll Do
🔹 Repair Centre Responsibilities
- Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all equipment meets set standards.
- Follow documented SOPs in alignment with ISO9001:2015 requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Work with the repair team to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
🔹 Deployment Centre Responsibilities
- Support the order‑fulfillment process for deploying POS terminals.
- Conduct final quality inspections before units are sent out.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues as they arise.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (technical training is a plus).
- Experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics environment preferred.
- Comfortable handling electronic hardware and basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and following SOPs.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs.
