JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Bank:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Evergreening and Data Centre Services:
- Receiving of goods for the ITS Data Centre Operations (DC Ops) team
- Input details of receiving hardware in SAP and initiate goods receipt
- Perform asset tagging of hardware (as required)
- Update hardware records within ServiceNow (e.g., serial number, state, etc.)
- Pack and ship hardware to alternate Bank locations (as required)
- Support DC Ops in the inventory in the DC OPS stockroom
- DC Ops hardware destruction and/or recycling (as required)
- Liaise with vendors on any discrepancies or issues
- Work with other members of the team and subject-matter experts to identify gaps/opportunities
- Play a liaison role with partners when appropriate
- Other related activities and deliverables as required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
- University degree or college diploma in business administration, or a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst or receiving analyst
Additional Qualifications:
The following will also be considered:
- Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow, SAP, and/or SharePoint Online
- Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at any level of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks
