Under the supervision of the General Management, the Maintenance & Building Services Coordinator plans, organizes, supervises, and carries out all maintenance, upkeep, and repair activities for CFGM’s facilities, equipment, and buildings. This person manages a small team, maintains relationships with suppliers, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to optimizing costs, quality, and response times.<br/><br/>Main Responsibilities<br/><br/>Technical and Operational Management<br/><br/>Plan, organize, supervise, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and installations (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, etc.).<br/><br/>Personally carry out routine maintenance and repair work within the scope of skills and applicable standards.<br/><br/>Diagnose breakdowns, prioritize, and coordinate internal or external interventions when required.<br/><br/>Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance schedule.<br/><br/>Ensure installations comply with current safety and quality standards.<br/><br/>Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance.<br/><br/>Supplier and Contract Management<br/><br/>Identify, select, and evaluate service and material suppliers related to maintenance and capital assets.<br/><br/>Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and maintain sustainable partnerships.<br/><br/>Establish supplier performance indicators and ensure regular follow-up.<br/><br/>Team Management<br/><br/>Supervise, train, and engage one or two maintenance employees.<br/><br/>Assign tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards.<br/><br/>Promote versatility and skill development within the team.<br/><br/>Budgetary and Administrative Management<br/><br/>In collaboration with General Management, develop and monitor the maintenance budget.<br/><br/>Prepare activity reports, recommend investments or improvements.<br/><br/>Stay informed on technological and regulatory developments.<br/><br/>Continuous Improvement<br/><br/>Propose and implement solutions to optimize costs, timelines, and quality of interventions.<br/><br/>Participate in renovation, expansion, or infrastructure improvement projects.<br/><br/>
