Cycle Counter /Inventory Control

THE ROLE

As a cycle counter, you will be working in a food distribution facility, counting inventory. This is a temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a state-of-the-art clean facility for a reputable and leading company in food distribution services. You will be working in a team environment on the night shift. This is a growing company that is very busy right now. This position is located in Ottawa for a large size distribution facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Count inventory
  • Using RF scanner for inventory cycle counts
  • General warehouse duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Must be 18 years
  • Must commit to 5 shifts per week
  • Must be able to work in a COLD environment
  • Work safely and follow all company policies, procedures, and work practices
  • Have a great team attitude and willingness to help
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor
  • Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset
