About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success in a fast-paced SaaS environment? As a Customer Success Manager at Nakisa, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients thrive and grow with our innovative solutions. This role is key to our mission of high-quality delivery and unparalleled customer experience, directly impacting account management, client satisfaction, and new sales opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and onboarding.
  • Fortify relationships by becoming a domain expert and product superuser.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and lead upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving organic growth.
  • Act as the customer’s main point of contact, advocating for their needs across departments.
  • Nurture relationships that will generate strong references and referrals.
  • Drive product improvements by collaborating with our Product Management team.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position or solution consulting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences, including executives.
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in enterprise software (SaaS experience highly preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise software selling (SaaS is a plus).
  • A human resource and/or Finance background is desirable.
  • Experience managing clients in accounting and/or HR is desirable.
  • Business fluent in English, with fluency in French as a strong advantage.
  • Must be located in Quebec.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or equivalent.
  • Business consultative experience in management consulting, financial analysis, corporate finance, business development, organizational transformation.
