Multistorey – Tenant Improvement – Project Manager – Winnipeg
I am working with a newly established general contractor specializing in new builds, multifamily developments, tenant improvements and renovations.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s hands-on, organized, and ready to take ownership of site operations. You’ll be leading buildings that include concrete parkades and overseeing full-cycle construction from excavation to occupancy in a fast-paced company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running day-to-day site operations on commercial and residential projects
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site staff to keep things moving smoothly
- Ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are always on track
- Traveling as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience on various projects
- Someone who’s organized, proactive, and communicates well
- Comfortable working with a younger, dynamic team
- Open to occasional travel
