🌱 What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence through data analysis, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will be responsible for generating actionable insights, supporting the execution of strategic supply chain initiatives, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Analyze complex supply chain datasets (e.g., demand, inventory, production, logistics) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor key supply chain KPIs.

Performance Reporting & Metrics:

• Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting supply chain performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain automated reporting tools to enhance visibility and transparency of supply chain performance.

Process Improvement:

• Support process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices across supply chain functions.
• Contribute to initiatives that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and service level improvements.
• Assist in documenting and standardizing new or improved supply chain processes.

Technology & Systems Support:

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support the implementation of technology solutions, including ERP, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
• Participate in system testing, data validation, and user training as needed.

Project Support:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of supply chain CoE initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and project documentation as required.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the entire supply chain.
• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across the supply chain organization.

🎯 What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or a related business function.
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or health/wellness industries is an asset.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with planning systems such as Kinaxis is an asset.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.

Jamieson Wellness Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide our team members with a total rewards package that is market competitive. At Jamieson, base pay is only one part of our total rewards package. The successful candidate is also eligible to various offerings, including participation in our Short-Term Incentive Program and more!

For this role, the hiring range is “$46,270 to $79,320”, which may not reflect the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
