” Ensure updated content is published accurately and on schedule.

” Facilitate and track CMS development activities.

” Provide weekly burn reports, budget updates, and overall engagement health summaries.

” Consolidate monthly invoice-related documentation and support financial reconciliation efforts.

” Serve as escalation point for scope, timeline, resource, or delivery concerns.

” Coordinate final checks, performance validation, and deployment preparation.

” Ensure analytics tracking (including Google Analytics) is implemented and functioning correctly.

” Support final content updates, redirect activation, and post-launch optimizations.

What is needed:

” Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS, enterprise CMS experience a plus).

” Strong understanding of user testing, analytics implementation, and SEO/redirect best practices.
