Description
Togala Construction is seeking Structural Superintendents to lead the structural phases of construction across our projects. This role is responsible for managing critical path work, coordinating trades, and ensuring structural scopes are executed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
The Structural Superintendent plays a key role during the early stages of the project and works closely with Project Managers, engineers, and site leadership to set the foundation for successful project delivery.
What you’ll do
• Manage excavation, shoring, concrete, piling, formwork, and structural trades, along with other supporting trades involved during the structural build
• Coordinate sequencing and schedules during critical structural phases
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards on site
• Identify constructability and design issues early and support resolution
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and inspection teams
• Maintain site documentation, inspections, and reports
• Support the transition from structural to interior phases
What you bring
Education
• Trade background or construction related education preferred
Experience
• 8 plus years of experience in structural construction
• 8 plus years of experience working on residential or commercial tower projects
• Proven experience leading the concrete scope on residential or commercial towers
Project Type
• Experience on residential, multi family, or commercial projects
• Familiar with complex structural systems and sequencing
Construction Knowledge
• Strong understanding of concrete, formwork, piling, earthworks, and structural systems
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Leadership & Communication
• Confident leading multiple trades and crews
• Strong coordination and decision making skills
• Clear communicator with site teams and consultants
Organization & Safety
• Organized approach to scheduling and site control
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to manage pressure during critical path activities
Technical Skills
• Procore
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
• Microsoft Excel
• Digital drawings, RFIs, and site documentation systems
